Description 2022-12 ITB Lancaster, TX Gateway Monuments & Streetscape Project Due Date October 24, 2022 Time 2:00 p.m. The City of Lancaster is soliciting ITBs for a Gateway Monuments & Streetscape Project in the office of Purchasing, 211 N. Henry Street, Lancaster, Texas 75146. Late ITBs will not be accepted. The City of Lancaster reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informality in any bid, and to accept any bid, which, in its discretion, is in the best interest of the City of Lancaster. The major work for this project shall consist of the following: Gateway Monument Signage and Landscape and irrigation enhancements along Houston School Road, Pleasant Run Road, Beltline Road and Wintergreen Road at Dallas Avenue. 28-010G
