Renovation of a mixed-use development in Rison, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed proposals will be received on General Contract for ELEMENTARY AND HIGH SCHOOL PARTIAL HVAC REPLACEMENT, WOODLAWN SCHOOL DISTRICT, RISON, ARKANSAS. All bidders must be licensed in the State of Arkansas, as provided by Act 142 of 1967, amended by Act 293 of 1969, and Act 397 of 1971, and Act 546 of 1971, as enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas. Bid proposals must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or cashiers check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to the Woodlawn School District, Rison, Arkansas. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond using AIA Document A312. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of the bids, without written consent of the Owner.
