This bid requires licensed and bonded General Contractor as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. The Instructions to Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond. The City of Athens reserves the right to reject any and all responses or waive any informalities and to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
