Delta Community Developers Corp. (DCDC) is seeking bids for the Artesi II Migrant Center Site and Tenant Improvements (TI's) located 777 W. Mathews Road, French Camp, CA 95231. The Project consists of ADA Compliant designated accessible parking, rental housing asbestos abatement, deteriorated siding replacement and water intrusion repairs, substantial deterioration of the exterior siding beneath the new siding under many windows and doors indicative of water intrusion at those locations may lead to substantial damage to the framing that is not visible, painting and waterproofing exterior siding; window covering replacements as needed, fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors as needed, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Packing Unit repairs as needed, replace the laundry room water heater, repair damaged concrete pedestrian walkways, etc. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted electronically by 5:00 P.M. on Friday, October 21, 2022. Bids received after this time will not be considered. HACSJ reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by DCDC for a period not to exceed one hundred eight (180) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose or reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders prior to awarding the Contract. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of DCDC
