The bids will be publicly opened by District staff. Official bid results shall be made public within 48 hours of bid opening. Bids will be on a lump-sum basis awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities in the bidding. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 30 days subsequent to opening of bids without the written consent of the Owner. The Scope of work is a replacement of the HVAC Equipment at CKES. The school has six (6) buildings: A, B, C, D, E, and F. Buildings A, B, C, and D will undergo a full HVAC replacement with the existing multi zone units being removed and replaced with a VRF system and roof mounted DOAS units. The rooftop units on Building F are being replaced like in kind. There is a bid alternate for the replacement of the exhaust fans. Demolition and installation is to take place during summer of 2023 while school is out.
