The City of Bowie, Maryland requests quotations for the replacement of perimeter fence at the City's Solid Waste facility, located at 16350 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland. The work shall be consistent with the Scope contained in this Request for Quotations (RFQ). The City reserves the right to reject any quotation if the evidence submitted by the bidder or an investigation of such bidder fails to satisfy the City that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract; and further reserves the right to reduce or modify the scope of the Project in order to meet funding limits and the City's schedule. By submission of a quotation, the bidder represents that it has the ability to comply with all requirements contained in the Request for Quotations. All blanks on each form provided by the City in connection with this Request for Quotations must be filled in, and no change shall be made to any part of the text of the form. All quotations must be signed in blue ink by the bidder, with signature in full. When a firm submits a quotation, the agent who signs the firm name shall, in addition, state the names and addresses of the individuals composing the firm. Performance and payment bonds will not be required. Neither the City nor its representatives shall be liable for any expenses incurred by anyone in connection with the preparation of a response to this RFQ.
