The Work consists of the following: 1. Contract 1 - Elevated Water Storage Tank: Mobilization and construction of a new 50,000-gallon elevated steel water storage tank, steel tank fabrication, steel tank erection, painting, foundations, related piping tie-ins, electrical controls and lighting, site work and erosion control located at 205 North State Street, and the replacement of a master meter pit lid at the existing meter vault along Knox Rd 2000 N. 2. Contract 2 - Demolition of Existing Elevated Water Storage Tank: Demolition of an existing 20,000-gallon water tower, existing site fence. 3. Contract 3 - Building Improvements: Building improvements including updates to interior roof, electrical controls, HVAC, and related tie-ins.
