As of January 27, 2023, a bid tabulation for this project has not been released and the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Located at the Buena Vista Correctional Facility in Buena Vista, CO, the BVCF Take TWO Expansion consists of an approximately 4,500 Sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building. This first phase consists of foundation and building exterior and site grading. This project does not include any interior mechanical, electrical, plumbing or life safety. Scope of Services Project consists of, but is not limited to, field verification, engineering calculations, submittals, coordination inspections, furnish and installation of a pre-engineered building within the facility perimeter.
