Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
The replacement of the existing wooden pedestrian bridge that parallels International Boulevard. The work shall include, but not limited to, the removal of the existing bridge, installation of a prefabricated steel pedestrian bridge, necessary sidewalk tie-in work, associated drainage infrastructure, grading, and sediment and erosion control measures. DUE DATE FOR WRITTEN QUESTIONS: October 21, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) Questions or clarifications concerning this solicitation should only be directed to the Charleston County Procurement portal on the County website All inquiries concerning this IFB, whether procurement or technical matters, shall be made through the Charleston County Procurement portal. The Bidder shall not contact other employees of Charleston County concerning the IFB without prior authorization from the Procurement Department. Failure to follow this procedure may be grounds for rejection of bid.
