Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 259,200-square-foot, one-story above grade transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

Spanning 16 kilometers from King George Station in Surrey to downtown Langley, the Surrey Langley SkyTrain extension represents a significant investment in sustainable transportation infrastructure for the region. The stations contract includes the design and construction of eight stations, three transit exchanges, nine power propulsion stations and 250 metres of guideway at the terminus station at 203 Street in Langley City. Design/Build eight new stations for the Surrey Langley SkyTrain, as well as cycling and walking paths around the new stations. The station designs will adhere to TransLink's specifications and, depending on the specific configuration of each station, the floor area of each station is estimated to be between 2,000 to 3,000 sq m. The new station names and locations are: Green Timbers Station (140 Street and Fraser Highway); 152 Street Station (152 Street and Fraser Highway); Fleetwood Station (160 Street and Fraser Highway); Bakerview-166 Street Station (166 Street and Fraser Highway); Hillcrest-184 Street Station (184 Street and Fraser Highway); Clayton Station (190 Street and Fraser Highway); Willowbrook Station (196 Street and Fraser Highway); Langley City Centre Station (203 Street and Fraser Highway). SkyLink Guideway Partners (SLGP) will design, build and finance the elevated guideway and associated roadworks, utilities and active transportation elements. SLGP is comprised of: -Dragados Canada Inc. -Ledcor Investments Inc. -Ledcor Mining Ltd. South Fraser Station Partners (SFSP), which will build the eight new stations, is comprised of: -Aecon Constructors, a division of Aecon Construction Group Inc. -Acciona Infrastructure Canada Inc. -Pomerleau BC Inc. Transit Integrators BC (TIBC), which will design and build the systems and trackwork, is comprised of: -AtkinsRéalis Major Projects Inc. -AtkinsRéalis Canada Inc. -Western Pacific Enterprises Ltd. *Following extensive planning work and impacts of the current market climate, the anticipated in-service date is late 2029. *Pomerleau and Partners awarded the $928 million Surrey Langley SkyTrain Project's Stations Contract.
