Completion Date: Aug. 1, 2023 All questions need to be received in writing by 5:00 P.M. on 10/17/2022. Interviews, if desired by Park County, will be held on 10/27/22. The general scope of work is to replace all the controls throughout the Courthouse and the Addition in their entirety. All existing digital and/or pneumatic controls and associated devices will be replaced with new BTL-list BACnet-compliant controls. All controllers will be replaced with new BACnet-IP controllers. New BACnet Operator interface software will be installed on owner-provided hardware. Existing control valves and actuators will be replaced. Existing dampers and electric damper actuators may remain unless noted otherwise. Existing zone sensors and instrumentation will be replaced. Existing LonTalk communications wiring will be removed and new ethernet comm wiring will be installed. The project will require test and balance work including a thorough pre-balance measurement of existing airflows and water flow rates. The project will require water treatment work including draining, flushing, cleaning, and treatment of existing hydronic systems. The project will require plumbing work to install new valve kits at each water coil. The project will require electrical work to provide power wiring as needed. The BAS contractor is expected to carry all sub-contractors as needed for a successful turn-key system of control at the completion of the project. Project no 22030
