Site work for a municipal facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Construction of new Pool Chemical Storage Room including walls, doors, frames and finishes. .2 Selective demolition of existing HVAC provisions within the area identified on the drawings. .3 Supply and installation of new as well as modifications to existing HVAC provisions within the area identified on the drawings. Work to include but is not limited to fans, VFD's, BMS controls, fire dampers, ducts and grilles. .4 Mechanical provisions for new Pool Chemical Storage Room including HVAC and fire protection provisions as noted on the drawings. .5 Selective demolition of existing electrical provisions within the area identified on the drawings. .6 Supply and installation of new as well as modifications to existing electrical provisions within the area identified on the drawings. Work to include but is not limited to power services to new fans and connection of associated VFD's. .7 Supply and installation of lighting and lighting controls for existing plaza fountain as identified on the drawings. Award is subject to final approval.
