On behalf of Southern Health-Santé Sud (the Owner) and Shared Health TMO (the Owners Representative), Penn-co Construction (the Construction Manager) is inviting the following Trade Contractors who have the necessary qualifications and experience to submit proposals to provide design-assist services for the Bethesda Regional Health Centre Inpatient Services Expansion Project: Fire Protectio: Mechanical Electrical The project involves a new two-storey building addition to an existing health centre. The main floor is composed of a 15 bed inpatient department, and the second floor is a shell space. The project also includes a full basement addition, new penthouse additions, selective renovations, and associated site work. Work is to be performed in multiple phases and follow infection and prevention control protocols.
