Description

Site work and new construction of a stadium in Spruce Grove, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 125,440-square-foot, two-story above grade stadium; for site work for a stadium; and stadium.

Construction of a new Civic Centre, consisting of each a community and spectator ice arena, library, theatre, art gallery, and general lobby, as well as complete parking and bus transit facility. Construction anticipated to commence October 14, 2022 and complete June 26, 2024.
