Renovation of a residential development in Aledo, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
licensed plumber for the demolition of six (6) existing bathtubs. The bid will include the proper disposal off site of the six (6) bathtubs. The bidder will provide and install six (6) four-piece shower units, preferably with a single seat, and factory installed 18 grab bar on right and left wall. Provide and install six (6) Delta R -10000/ UNBXF shower valves. Provide and install six (6) Delta T17293-l Linden chrome shower trim w/handheld. Provide and install six (6) shower drains. Re-work existing drain piping in each unit to accommodate new 2 shower drains. Install shut-off valves for hot and cold water and for a hot water return, install 12 x 24 access panels.
