Renovation of an educational facility in Devils Lake, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 122-story above grade educational facility.

The construction work includes the replacement of 122 existing window walls on the LRSC campus, replacement of window wall, and install wall sleeve for air conditioning unit if applicable. The replacement window wall system includes all materials to replace the existing window walls. Sleeve for an air conditioner is required to be installed as part of the bid. Air conditioners and sleeves to be provided by owner. Air conditioners installed by owner, Windows shall be equivalent to a dual pane LoE 272/Argon, Annealed, No Tint; white vinyl interior and exterior, white loose jamb, pre-finished casing and extension jambs, and include a lifetime warranty. Windows shall closely match existing windows that have already been replaced. Most windows will be non-operating, some will have an operable opening and will be listed in the specifications.
