This Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) project includes: Construct approximately 50,000 sq. ft of new space that will provide modern standards for the delivery of music education and functional operations for the department of Music at Southern Utah University. The building will be located on a site near the SUU campus and will be in close proximity to utilities. Overall, the building will be comprised of faculty and staff offices, student practice spaces, performance and recital areas, circulation, mechanical, and building support. Several spaces will have complex construction methods and infrastructure systems to meet the requirements of acoustic and audio performance.
