Hinckley Town is soliciting statements of qualifications and bid proposals from contractors for the procurement of materials and installation of an 8" water main distribution line, fire hydrants, boring and separate water service connections. The bid proposal for the Hinckley Town - Water Distribution Line Extension Phase III will include all materials, installation, and tie-in to existing 8" line. Install 1400' of 8" water line, tracer line, 2 - fire hydrants supplied by 6" laterals, 2 - 6" isolation valves including cast iron adjustable valve boxes, valve box lids, 1 - 8" gate valve, valve box, valve box lid, materials to tie-in to existing 8" water line on Main Street, boring and separate water service connections. The project must comply with Davis-Bacon Wages Act requirements. Hinckley Town, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality, and to make the selection that is in the best interest of the Town. The project must comply with Davis-Bacon Wages Act requirements. Bids shall be on a unit price basis and bidders shall submit evidence of qualifications to perform the work.
