Renovation of a water / sewer project in Hinckley, Utah. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Hinckley Town is seeking Competitive Sealed Bids (CSB) for the procurement and installation of an Emergency Standby Generator. The project may be funding in part through HUD's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) or other federal funding. The project will consist of procurement of a generator, automatic transfer switch, all necessary components, freight, installation, start-up, and testing and training to operate an Emergency Standby Generator. All equipment must meet and/or exceed all federal guidelines. The selected supplier will be required to comply with the requirements of the CDBG funding source and the Terms and Conditions (i.e. HUD 4010 Federal Labor Standards, Housing Development Act of 1968, Build America, Buy America (BABA) and Department of Labor Davis-Bacon Wage Rates). Bids must include a bid price for each design and bids must list the cost of equipment, materials, and labor separately. Bids should include a minimum of two references for installation similar to that proposed for Hinckley Town. Hinckley Town, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality, and to make the selection that is in the best interest of the Town.
