Bids for the construction of the project will be received at the Jones and DeMille located at 644 Day's Avenue, Delta, UT 84624, until Friday, July 10, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time. A mandatory pre-bid conference for the project will be held on Wednesday, June 24 at 11:00 AM local time at the Jones & DeMille office, 644 Day's Avenue Delta, UT, 84624. Questions are due in writing to the Project Engineer on or before July 3, 2026 at 5:00 pm with a courtesy copy as specified. Responses should be directed to the designated individual/office as designated in the solicitation document. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
