Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Nelliston, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Lump Sum Separate Bids will be received for the following Contracts: Contract No. 1 - Construction Work Contract No. 2 - Plumbing Work Contract No. 3 - HVAC Work Contract No. 4 - Electrical Work The Project includes the following Work: Renovation of the 100-year-old historic school building into a daycare facility with corresponding site improvements. Interior renovation will bring the building into compliance with fire code, ADA, and BOH regulations. New HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. Site improvements include grading, asphalt paving for driveways and parking, concrete paving for walkways, exterior lighting, playground features, and landscaping. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidders will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. Question Deadline 04/09/2025 at 3:00 PM ET. Work shall be substantially completed on or before December 1, 2025 and ready for final payment by December 30 , 2025. The Owner, reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received, or to reject any or all Bids without explanation.
