Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Nelliston, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Following Work: Renovation of the 100-year-old historic school building into a daycare facility with corresponding site improvements. Interior renovation will bring the building into compliance with fire code, ADA, and BOH regulations. New HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. Site improvements include grading, asphalt paving for driveways and parking, concrete paving for walkways, exterior lighting, playground features, and landscaping For the following Contract No. 3 HVAC Work Deadline for questions is 3:00 PM on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. Work shall be substantially completed on or before December 1, 2025 and ready for final payment by December 30 , 2025. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidders will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. The Owner, reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received, or to reject any or all Bids without explanation.
