Fire Alarms Maintenance and Repairs. Brockton Housing Authority (BHA), the Awarding Authority, is seeking sealed bids from qualified Cleaning Service Contractors for the maintenance and inspection of Fire alarm systems throughout the BHA facilities. This is a three- year contract that may be renewed at the discretion of BHA, with a favorable vote of the Board of Commissioners, for an additional two-year period. Rule of Award: The award shall be made to the best responsive and responsible bidder with the best price. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the solicitation as well a copy of the Wage Schedules Last day for written question is 12 noon October 25, 2022 Postmarks will not be considered. In compliance with Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, Brockton Housing Authority, Section 8 Voucher holders and other low or low income Brockton residents are encouraged to apply and may receive a preference
