Renovation of an educational facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The design team will conduct a detailed assessment of Johnson and McCormick Junior High Schools to determine a renovation scope or scopes. The assessment will establish if the existing components require complete replacement of systems, or if repairing portions is more cost effective. Additionally, the selected design team will provide a professional recommendation for the allocation of $10,000,000.00 in Major Maintenance monies for the largest long-term benefit. The money may be shared between Johnson and McCormick or allocated to one school, depending upon the selected design team's recommendations for renovation.
