Site work for a water / sewer project in Phelps, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Town will not be sharing the awarded firm. The Town of Phelps is seeking sealed bids to install approximately 280 feet of rip rap along the shoreline of North Twin Lake in the Lakefront Pines Park. The project also includes preparing the shoreline for an 8-foot wide by approximately 260-foot long riparian border of native plantings. Plantings to be installed by volunteer labor and donations. The project will start and be completed in 2023. The Town of Phelps reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids on any part(s) thereof, waive any informalities in the bidding process and to accept the bid proposal or portion of a bid proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town
