Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Phelps, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and pre-engineered storage facility.

Phase 2 has received state funding through the Stewardship Grant administered by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR). Pursuant to Section 66.0903, Wisconsin Statutes, the minimum wages to be paid on the project shall be in accordance with the wage rate scale established by Local wage rates.
