Phelps Road Project - TRID/LRIP Town of Phelps, Vilas County The Town of Phelps, Vilas County, is accepting sealed bids for the reconstruction of the following road: Grosser Lane (Section 1 LRIP/TRI Project). Start STH 17 then south for 800'. Grosser Lane (Section 2 LRIP/TRID Project). Start 800' from STH 17 intersection and continue south for 3814' to the end of the project. For further information and bid forms please contact Jerry Grasse, Town Foreman at 4497 TownHall Road or by calling 715-545-2471 or 715-891-5936. The Town of Phelps reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids on any part(s) thereof, waive any informalities in the bidding process and to accept the bid proposal or portion of a bid proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town.
