Architect and Engineering Services Preliminary Design of West Linn Public Works Operation Facility CITY OF WEST LINN, OREGON The City of West Linn is seeking Statements of Qualifications from experiencedfirms to provide Architecture and Engineering professional services in thepreliminary design of a new operationsfacility. This request for qualifications shall beused to compile a list of interested andqualified firms who will be ranked inaccordance with procedures as outlinedin this document and the City's LocalContracting Rules. Qualified firm(s)selected will negotiate compensationrequirements upon completion of thequal ifi cations based selection ofcandidates.
