The Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR) Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) is requesting bid and proposal for Landscaping Services & Irrigation Install at Coyote Business Park South (CBP). CBP is located approximately seven miles east of Pendleton, Oregon. A detailed description of the properties to which this RFP applies can be found in Exhibit A --CBP Map and Descriptions. Scope of work included: o All required supervision and project management/Coordination. o Layout or Lay down Black Land Scape tarp or Black Vinyl Tarp o Install a 2" PVC pipe tapped into main line o Every 20' to 30' sprinkler head for medium size tree's o Every 10' to 15' drip lines for other native plants or native grasses in between trees an sprinkler heads Shown in Exhibit 13 o In BID separate labor & materials o This project is going to be a low maintenance Landscaping project, but appealing to the PUBLIC! Items specifically excluded from budget: o Items not specifically included above o Permit, Fees, Engineer/Design o Building Risk Insurance o Ponds and Additional GL Insurance Any contract awarded pursuant to this RFP solicitation shall be for a contract period not to exceed 12 months, The contract will be made on the basis of a proposal for property of Landscaping Install described in the scope of work below.
