Demolition, site work and new construction of a library in Redmond, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a 38,018-square-foot, two-story above grade library.
The Project consists of the demolition of the existing Redmond Library and the new construction of a two story, 38,018 GSF library that is located on the existing library site. The new library will be a destination in the community and will house a variety of program spaces such as meeting rooms, creative and collaboration spaces, designated reading rooms and staff areas.
