First-tier subcontractor list is required to be submitted by 4:00 PM, the same day (Note: The first-tier subcontractor list may also be submitted with the sealed bid at the contractor's preference). Bids shall be clearly labeled: 2022 Storm Sewer Project SW 2101. No mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held. No bid will be accepted by a general contractor who is not on the plan holder's list. This is a Public Works Contract and subject to the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) Wage Rates, dated July 1, 2022, and amendments for region 10 as defined under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 Scope of Work: The scope of work included the installation of new storm drainage facilities including the construction of new drywells, sedimentation manholes, catch basins, cross piping, and concrete headwalls. The project consists of 6-locations within Redmond. The city estimates the cost of improvements at $1,050,000. General Contractors who plan to bid on this project are required to register for an account on website to be included in the Plan Holder's list and to receive email updates of any addenda or revisions to the bid documents. No Proposal will be considered from a General Contractor to whom a proposal form has not been issued by the City of Redmond to registered bidders from website.
