Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Redmond, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The City of Redmond is requesting proposals for a Construction Manager/General Contractor for the new Public Safety Facility at 2983 NW Canal Blvd, Redmond, OR 97756. The new building will be approximately 43,000 square feet and sits on an eight (8) acre lot. The total project has a budget cap of $49 million dollars. The consultant selection process will be carried out per ORS 279C.110, and County and City Codes. Inquiries pertaining to the Request for Proposals (RFP) and requests for RFP packets shall be directed to Wayne Powderly (wayne.powderly@cumming-group.com), City of Redmond's Owner's Representative and Project Manager. Submission of Final Questions about the RFP: November 18, 2022, 5:00 p.m. (PT) Council Approval of Contract: January 17, 2023 Start of Construction (phased permits) January 2024 *This project has been identified as part of a stimulus package
