Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Redmond, Oregon. Design plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
As of November 14, 2023, a design team has been identified. The City of Redmond is requesting proposals for design/architectural services for the new Public Safety Facility located at 2983 NW Canal Blvd. The new building will be approximately 43,000 sf and sits on an eight-acre lot. The total project has a budget cap of $49 million dollars. The consultant selection process will be carried out per ORS 279C.110, and County and City Codes. Inquiries pertaining to the RFP and requests for RFP packets shall be directed to Wayne Powderly (wayne.powderly@cumming-group.com), City of Redmond's Owner's Representative and Project Manager. All firms requesting an RFP packet will be registered. RFP CLARIFICATION INQUIRIES: Due by October 21st, 2022 @ 4:00 PM PST
