The Project consists of the demolition of the existing Redmond Library and the new construction of a two story, 38,018 GSF library that is located on the existing library site. The new library will be a destination in the community and will house a variety of program spaces such as meeting rooms, creative and collaboration spaces, designated reading rooms and staff areas. The library will provide 48 off-street parking stalls and 18 on-street parking stalls with one loading zone.
