Installation of 21 cameras as shown in diagram attached. o 17 Cameras will be placed on wooden poles that are marked in Red circles. The two smaller red circles will have only one camera on each pole with an additional two cameras on our office located at 1014 Dawley street. o There will be power set up at these poles already for the cameras and there will be 16"x16" Boxes set up also. o You will need to install 6 point to points. o The dvr will need upgraded from the current to a 32 Channel. o On one of the cameras to ensure we can see the side of builiding you will need a step out pole to install on an existing light pole. o If any unknown issues arise during the performance of work, and issues need to be addressed in order for work to be completed in a satisfactory manner, please notify MCHA immediately to address the issue. o The contractor shall be responsible for all repairs to damage of building(s), drives, fences, landscaping, etc. caused by their employees or vendors during the work process. All repairs shall be made to owner's satisfaction at contractor's expense. o Work must be complete as stated in contract. o Contractors are welcome to visit the property at their convenience, or set up an appointment with Collin Hoyt.
