Pend Oreille County Public Works Department, Road Division will be accepting qualifications for bridge engineering services to provide the following: 1-Usk Bridge Routine Inspection & Underwater Inspection 2-Ione Bridge Fracture Critical and Routine Inspection & Underwater Inspection Phase 1-Usk Bridge Routine Inspection & Underwater Inspection- WSBIS Structure ID08442100 Scope of Work 1. Routine Inspection, including coding for Bridgeworks. Field inspection to be completed entirely in the month of August 2023. 2. Underwater Inspection. To be completed entirely in the month of August 2023. 3. Certified Traffic Control for entire duration of inspection 4. Final inspection reports shall be provided in written form and .pdf to the Engineer and Bridgeworks coding completed by October 15, 2023. Phase 2-Ione Bridge Fracture Critical & Routine Inspection & Underwater Inspection- WSBIS Structure ID- 08038700 Scope of Work 1. Fracture Critical & Routine Inspection, including coding for Bridgeworks. Field inspection to be completed entirely in the month of August 2023. 2. Underwater Inspection. To be completed entirely in the month of August 2023. 3. Certified Traffic Control for entire duration of inspection 4. Final inspection reports shall be provided in written form and .pdf to the Engineer and Bridgeworks coding completed by October 15, 2023. Pend Oreille County has a Diversity Requirement for this project with a goal of 13% DBE Utilization Inspections shall be in the month of August 2023. Coding shall be completed by October 15, 2023 Pend Oreille County reserves the right to reject any or all submittals. The qualification package shall be submitted as requested. Failure to do so shall make the submittal unresponsive and subject to rejection.
