The City of Sandpoint, Idaho is requesting statements of qualification (SOQ) from qualified individuals or firms to perform licensed professional civil engineering services, pursuant to Idaho Code . The purpose of this solicitation is to select a single, professional engineer licensed in the State of Idaho, who will serve as the City's Principal Engineer, Engineer of Record, and primary contact for engineering matters. The Municipal Engineer will primarily assist the City with administering private land development applications and permits with minimal, if any, involvement in Capital Improvement Projects.
