Site work for a water / sewer project in Goose Creek, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Pineview Galvanized Water Main Replacement project will consist of the installation of +/- 5040 LF of new six-inch C900 PVC and Class 50 Ductile Iron Pipe to replace small, galvanized water mains that have reached their useful life. Included in the project is the installation of several new gate valves to increase our ability to isolate the main and installation of six new fire hydrant assemblies to increase fire protection. All tasks will be accomplished by a SC licensed utility contractor and inspected by city personnel. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in bidding and to reject all Bids if it is in the Owner's best interest to do so. Unless all bids are rejected, award will be to the low responsive, responsible Bidder Bid Bond: 5% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% Completion Date: 180 Calendar Days
