To hire a qualified Construction Manager at Risk firm ("CM@R") to provide preconstruction and construction management services for a new fire station ("Project"). Through this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ"), the City is seeking Qualifications Statements from interested and qualified firms. The Project will be constructed at the intersection of 176 and Second Avenue Street. The CM@R is expected to commence preconstruction services in March of 2024.
