Site Directions: Utility locating thru out City of Champaign, City of Urbana, Village of Savoy, and Village of Bondville. Est. Completion Date: April 30, 2024 Pre-Bid Meeting Info: None CONTRACTOR shall provide services to locate underground facilities for the OWNER. The location services shall be provided in the geographic areas listed in the proposal documents. The services shall consist of those services listed below: o Regular Hours/Normal Notice Locates, Regular Hours/Emergency Locates, and After Hours/Emergency Locates. o Extended Locates, Projects, and Extraordinary Projects. o AGT, Inc. IrthNet On Line Notice Processing Service - CONTRACTOR shall maintain subscription agreement with AGT International, Inc. for access to on-line utility locate information from One-Call Center. Locating services will be performed in accordance with the standards and procedures of the American Public Works Association (APWA) and the Underground Utility Location and Coordination Council (ULCC) of the APWA, including but not limited to the use of the ULCC approved color code for facility/utility identification. All locate requests shall be responded to within the timeframes as specified by the applicable state law. Underground facilities/utilities shall be marked with paint and/or flags, spaced at approximately (10) ten feet intervals and turns shall be marked at each change in direction.
