Demolition, site work and addition to a parking garage in Hampton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,400-square-foot, one-story above grade parking garage; for the demolition of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.

The Work consists generally of the construction of a building expansion to the existing Town of Hampton Parks Garage, including interior renovations and modifications to the existing building. Specifications may be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of FIFTY DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). To obtain the tender documents and be registered on the bidders list please call 506-633-5000 or email mcorbett@dillon.ca . Original tender documents will be issued in hard copy via courier or in person and an electronic copy of the tender package will be provided by email. The electronic copy is issued for information purposes only while the hard copy forms the official contract documents. A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Hampton in the amount of Ten (10) percent of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender. Bonding shall be in strict conformance with the Construction Remedies Act. The Town of Hampton reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
