Response Specifics: The Submission of a Schedule of Prices is required (hourly rates, travel rates, and material markup rate) and forms an integral part of the bid and it is understood and agreed that the following shall apply: 1. Prices submitted shall include all costs and charges, including overhead and profit. 2. Tenders must include all of your applicable 2022-23 schedule of hourly equipment and labour rates that may apply to this Service contract. 3. Include applicable vehicle rates and travel rates (also include any hourly or price per kilometer rates to be charged over and above the hourly equipment and labour rates) 4. Include mark-up percentage on material cost. 5. Bid must also include: - Bidder's legal name, address, phone number and email address - Authorized Representative name and signature The contractor is to provide a preliminary work schedule with their response to the RFQ. All quotes submitted must be in the format shown using the Pricing Schedule outlined in this RFQ. Quotes should summarize all applicable costs, including but not limited to mileage, equipment rates, applicable supplies, consulting rates and reporting costs. Opportunity Description: Recreational trails are an important part of the visitor experience in Alberta's parks. Maintaining trails to minimize risks to public safety is a key priority for Alberta Parks. Installation of trail signage is important for wayfinding and communication in the trail system. Parks Operations Division is seeking a contractor to address regular maintenance and signage installation in the Castle and Pincher areas throughout the high use May to September season. The objective of this project is two-fold: one, the timely removal of trail hazards and trail repair to reduce the risk of injury to users; two, the installation of informational signage along the trail system in the SW area of Alberta Parks.
