This project entails demolition of residential structure, construction of parking lot, plaza, and misting pad and other related items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Triad Engineering and the City of Hagerstown, Maryland. Liquidated damages are assessed at $300.00 per day. Eighty (80) working days is the length of the contract.
