Site work for a water / sewer project in Hagerstown, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Be sure to contact owner to be added on plan holder's list. This project entails the retrofit of an existing stormwater detention pond to enhance the quality of water leaving the structure and includes all labor, material, time, and appurtenances required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by Triad Engineering, Inc. Questions for the project will be accepted until Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at 4:30 P.M Sixty (60) working days is the length ofthe contract Liquidated damages are assessed at $300.00 per day. Funding for this project is provided by the City of Hagerstowns Stormwater Protection Fund. The separate Bid Booklet attachment shall be completed by the Bidder & submitted as the Sealed Proposal. 10% Bid Bond, Cashiers Check or Certified Check to be submitted with the Sealed Proposal. The successful Bidder shall submit a 100% Performance Bond and a Labor & Materials Payment Bond upon award of contract. Notice to Proceed will be issued in early 2023 at a time mutually agreed to by both parties and Maryland Department ofthe Environment.
