In addition, a new accessible concrete walk will be constructed from the street right of way to the new entry and elevator. Work is to include, but not limited to, selective demolition, site excavation, concrete work, steal and metal stud framed addition, metal siding, roofing, door and windows, interior finishes, electrical, mechanical, and fire sprinkler. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
