Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Nashville, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of December 12 , 2022, the award amount is $849,799.20. This award was given at meeting on Thursday December 8th meeting. The project includes reconstruction of an existing parking lot and entrance road. Work includes 9,000 square yards of cold milling HMA, park lot grading, 2,100 tons of HMA paving, aggregate base, sand subbase, 3 storm catch basins, 250 feet of 12-inch storm sewer, 2,400 feet concrete curb and gutter, concrete and HMA drive approach, ADA sidewalk, parking lot lights and associated electrical distribution, temporary traffic control, pavement markings, surface restoration, landscaping, and related work. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents A pre-bid conference will not be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Village of Nashville reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Village of Nashville.
