Project Description: The project includes the following work: Renovation of the ISLAND COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS 4-H RESTROOM in LANGLEY, WASHINGTON. The existing restroom building is 432 SF, slab on grade, single story wood framed construction. Proposed renovations include: creation of two new shower rooms within the existing structure, new siding, interior finishes, doors, painting, new plumbing fixtures, HVAC systems, lighting & electrical.
