The buildout will require a new fire rated corridor, carpet, electrical work, LVT flooring, paint, new and relocated doors, demolition, drywall and framing. Fire alarm and sprinkler modification are design build to include suite modifications, permit and plans under fire life safety vendor. Follow all guidelines for asbestos testing and filling any notices with AQMD if applicable. If there is a detail missing on the plans, but a similar condition exists elsewhere in another area of the space the contactor should assume the detail to be the same and include pricing it accordingly and follow up with an RFI.
