No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of Ninety (90) calendar days after the opening of proposal thereof. All work to be done under this contract shall be completed within thirty (30) consecutive working days , beginning on the date stipulated in the written Final Notice to Proceed issued by the City Engineer
