SCR-2202102 BID NOTICE SEALED BIDS will be received by the North Pocono School District from Bidders in accordance with the Bidding and Construct Documents for the Jefferson Elementary Chiller Replacement Project. The project includes replacement of an air-cooled chiller and all associated work indicated in the Construction Documents. A bid guaranty, a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, bid bond on the form provided and furnished with the Contract Documents, or other form of security permitted by applicable law in the amount of 10% of the Total Bid shall be submitted with each proposal as a guarantee that the bidder will execute the contract if awarded the same. Checks to be made to the North Pocono School District. The School District reserves the right to award some or all of the contracts, and to cancel and to reject some or all of the bids.
